AI Music Generation and Content Ownership

When you use BgmGen's AI music generation features:

• Generated Music: You retain usage rights to the music tracks you generate through our platform, subject to our Terms of Service.
• Prompts and Lyrics: Content you provide is used to deliver the requested AI feature. It is shared with model subprocessors only when required as described below.
• AI Model Training: We may use anonymized and aggregated generation data to improve our AI music models, but your personal information and identifiable content are never used for training purposes without your explicit consent.

Text and Image Music-Direction Analysis

When you click Analyze source in BGM Studio, the selected text or a temporary normalized copy of the selected image is sent to our AI subprocessors to recommend an instrumental background-music direction. We currently use Replicate (Google Gemini models) as the primary processor and fal.ai, OpenRouter, and the selected model provider as fallback processors. Audio and video source files are not sent by this feature.

Images are validated, stripped of embedded metadata, stored privately, exposed through a short-lived signed URL, and deleted after the analysis request. We retain a user-scoped content hash and the structured recommendation for up to 30 days to avoid processing the same source repeatedly. We do not store the original text, image URL, or raw model response in the analysis record. Provider availability and data-processing terms may change; our current subprocessor list is reflected in this section.

Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. The data we collect is stored securely on our servers, and we implement a variety of security measures including encryption and access controls to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties, except in the following circumstances:
